its been a while since i last blogged but i just baked cookies and don’t feeling like playing cello again. i really wish la boheme tickets weren’t sold out and that they don’t cost +$1,000 on ticketing websites. finally when i have time to go to the met i can’t. fuck. anna netrebko you’re so hot. you can sing pretty well too.
remind me again why cmu has break so early?
finally booked my dominican republic stuff. yay no more angry texts from people. i can’t wait to go.
anyways after watching my brother’s youth orchestra survive rite of spring i stumbled on this youtube video again. its truly horrifying. enjoy!

after a long non-existent debate with lauren i still like vengerov’s tzigane the most. he plays like a gypsy would. although he does do a little too much of whatever he does its good. i promise.

i shall be studying with the world renown aldo parisot for two weeks in korea. he is one of the greatest cello pedagogues of all time. i’m terrified beyond imagination but truly blessed to have this opportunity. hope to see you all very soon!

gehry’s art is an example of gesamtkunstwerke combining elements of architecture, art and music. if i ever acquire a unnecessary amount of money i’ll have him design my home. gotta love it
